GROUPS

This is a fun way for you and your friends to benefit from what you were going to do anyway, tell everyone that “this year, I’m cruising with Blacks Over 40.”

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES:
You must first enroll as a Blacks Over 40 Cruise Host, by completing the online enrollment form or printable enrollment form.  Next make your reservation and deposit.  Once your reservation and deposit have been received, you will be assigned a group number.  This number will be used to credit you for the members in your group.

The Cruise Host is required to maintain their own payment schedule.     

A group consists of a minimum of 8 cabins booked.
Rewards

Free Cruise –  For one person only and includes port charges, taxes, pre-paid gratuities and transfers. Air travel, the Pre-Cruise package and Vacation Protection Insurance are not included. 
8 cabins – 1 free cruise –Based on the price of an inside cabin/double occupancy rate ($840)
16 cabins – 1 free cruise – Based on the price of a balcony cabin/double occupancy ($1160 value)

A Cruise Host may upgrade to a higher cabin category which must be booked at the time of their reservation and by paying the cruise price difference.

Group Discount - At least 3 cabins must be initially booked with full deposit for each guest.
8 cabins -  $50 off each group members cruise.
16 cabins - $75 off each group members cruise.

All members of the group must be paid in full by June 15, 2010 before any rewards are paid out.

Reservations are taken on a first-come, first serve basis.
No reservation will be held without the full deposit.
A supply of brochures will be sent to you for distribution.  The Cruise Host is responsible for putting their name and group number on all materials and is responsible for informing their group members that their name and/or group number must accompany their reservation.
The Cruise Host is responsible for keeping tract of the names and number of members in their group.  This will serve as a cross-check to insure you receive full credit for all the members in your group.  Prior to final payment Cruise Hosts will receive an accounting of the status of the members in their group.
If a member of a registered group wishes to form their own group they are responsible for informing their Cruise Host that they are forming their own group.
The Cruise Host is not responsible for collecting monthly payments.
Cruise Host registered for the group discount program may request a special meeting space (subject to availability) for their group.
Individual group t-shirts and other paraphernalia may be distributed to your members and prior to the cruise.  Groups may not sell any merchandise at Blacks Over 40 venues.
