All cabins are on a first come - first serve basis and prices are subject to change.
No cabin will not be held without the full deposit for all guests.
Prices are per person and include govenment fees, taxes, pre-paid gratuities (no tipping at the end of the cruise), round trip transfers and a Blacks Over 40 Event Pass. Suites, Triples and Quads - subject to availability. Please call for pricing.
We strongly urge you to purchase vacation protection insurance to protect your investment.

Terms and Conditions
Blacks Over 40 highly recommends that you have a Passport. You may not be permitted to depart from some of the islands on the itinerary by air if necessary, even in the case of an emergency.
Cruise Fare does not include fuel supplement charges. “Fuel supplement” shall mean any additional charge to defray a portion of Carnival’s fuel costs. Carnival reserves the right to charge a fuel supplement of up to $9.00 per person per day, without prior notice. Carnival may collect any fuel supplement in effect at the time of sailing, even if the cruise fare has been paid in full.
Deposits - All deposits are non-refundable. A deposit of $100 per person is due at the time of booking. ($250 per person for suites, single, triple or quad occupancy.) Reservations made between March 1, 2012 and May 1, 2012 require a deposit of 1/3 of total cruise price.
Reservations made after May 1, 2012 require full payment.
Note: Your cabin-mates deposit is due within 10 days of booking. If you do not have a cabinmate you may request to be placed in the Roommate Match Program. We will make every attempt to match you with another person of the same sex. You also have the option to make your deposit for 2 people until you are able to secure your own cabin-mate. If at the time of final payment you have not obtained a cabinmate and we are unable to match you with one, you will be required to pay the single rate.
Payment Plans: Monthly – Equal payments of your balance are due every 30 days until you are paid in full. If you are not paid in full by June 1, 2012 your balance is due by that date.
Failure to make 2 consecutive monthly payments may result in cancellation of your cruise with NO REFUND. Any cruise not paid in full by June 1, 2012 is subject to cancellation without notice with NO REFUND. Any cruise that is canceled for non-payment may be reinstated up until June 15, 2012 with full payment and a $100 reinstatement fee.
No personal checks or credit cards will be accepted after June 1, 2012. Any payment after that date must be in the form of a money order, cashier’s or certified check.
If your roommate(s) fails to pay or cancels their cruise, you are responsible for replacing that person or pay the single rate. There is a $50 fee for any name change.
There is a $35 processing fee for all returned checks.
Cancellation and Refunds: All cancellations must be made in writing and received by Blacks Over 40 before the effective date.
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Cancellation by 4/1/12– Deposit Only
From 4/1/12 and before 6/1/12 – Deposit plus a $350 penalty
After 6/1/12 – NO REFUNDS
