Cabins and Pricing
All cabins are on a first come - first serve basis and prices are subject to change.
No cabin will not be held without the full deposit for all guests.
Prices are per person and include port charges, taxes, pre-paid gratuities (no tipping at the end of the cruise), round trip transfers and a Blacks Over 40 Event Pass. Suites, Triples and Quads - subject to availability. Please call for pricing.
We strongly urge you to purchase vacation protection insurance to protect your investment.

Important: You must have a passport for travel to the Caribbean and Mexico. You will not be allowed to board the ship without one. To find the closest passport office to you, please visit http://iafdb.travel.state.gov/
Deposits - All deposits are non-refundable. A deposit of $100 per person is due at the time of booking. ($250 per person for suites, single, triple or quad occupancy.) Reservations made between March 15, 2010 and May 15, 2010 require a deposit of 1/3 of total cruise price.
Reservations made after May 15, 2010 require full payment.
Note: Your cabin-mates deposit is due within 30 days of booking. If you do not have a cabinmate you may request to be placed in the Roommate Match Program. We will make every attempt to match you with another person of the same sex. You also have the option to make your deposit for 2 people until you are able to secure your own cabin-mate. If at the time of final payment you have not obtained a cabinmate and we are unable to match you with one, you will be required to pay the single rate.
Payment Plans: Monthly – Equal payments of your balance are due every 30 days until you are paid in full. If you are not paid in full by June 15, 2010 your balance is due by that date.
3 Payments – Deposit due with reservation - $500 due by April 1, 2010 with balance due by June 15, 2010.
Failure to make 2 consecutive monthly payments may result in cancellation of your cruise with NO REFUND. Any cruise not paid in full by June 15, 2010 is subject to cancellation without notice with NO REFUND. Any cruise that is canceled for non-payment may be reinstated up until June 30, 2010 with full payment and a $100 reinstatement fee.
No personal checks or credit cards will be accepted after June 15, 2010. Any payment after that date must be in the form of a money order, cashier’s or certified check.
If your roommate(s) fails to pay or cancels their cruise, you are responsible for replacing that person or pay the single rate. There is a $50 fee for any name change.
There is a $35 processing fee for all returned checks.
Cancellation and Refunds: All cancellations must be made in writing and received by Blacks Over 40 before the effective date.

Cancellation by 4/1/10– Deposit Only
From 4/1/10 and before 6/15/10 – Deposit plus a $350 penalty
After 6/15/10 – NO REFUNDS
